Certified Nissan Collision Centre

After a collision, the shop you choose determines more than how your vehicle looks when you pick it up. It determines how it performs, how safely it behaves on the road, and how well it holds up over time.

BEMAC has been repairing vehicles in Ottawa since 1960, with that work growing into a collision and service operation holding more than 15 manufacturer certifications. Our certification as a Nissan Collision Centre means our trained technicians are specifically equipped to repair Nissan vehicles, not just collision vehicles in general.

That training, combined with our I-CAR Gold Class – Aluminum certification, means we follow Nissan’s approved procedures, use genuine OEM parts, and complete repairs to the factory specifications your vehicle was built to meet.

At BEMAC, our experienced technicians carry the certifications and hands-on Nissan training to do this work properly.

Nissan Collision Repair in Ottawa

Our Nissan collision centre repairs the Nissan models you see on Ottawa roads, from compact crossovers to family SUVs, sedans, and trucks, including:

Nissan builds across a wide spectrum of platforms and materials, and that variety means repair requirements differ significantly from one model to the next. Our Nissan-certified technicians are prepared to handle:

Whether the damage is a parking-lot scuff or the result of a serious accident, the work leaving our Ottawa auto body shop meets Nissan’s standards for safety, fit, and finish.

What Does “Nissan Certified” Mean?

Earning a place in the Nissan Certified Collision Repair Network is not simply a matter of applying. Facilities must meet Nissan’s standards across training, equipment, tools, and repair procedures before certification is granted, and those standards are reviewed on an ongoing basis.

Nissan’s repair network requires completion of the I-CAR Gold Class, with an extra layer of Nissan-specific training built on top to address the materials, systems, and repair procedures unique to these vehicles.

For you, certification means:

  • Repair procedures drawn from Nissan’s own published standards, not generalised collision guidelines
  • Genuine Nissan OEM parts engineered for a precise fit, not aftermarket alternatives
  • Certified technicians trained to Nissan’s own standards
  • Tooling and equipment matched to Nissan’s structural, electronic, and advanced-material requirements
  • Accurate recalibration of safety systems after any repair affecting sensors or cameras

Nissan’s Safety Shield 360 suite integrates cameras, radar, and sensors across the vehicle. After a collision, restoring these systems to factory specification requires both the right tools and certified training.

Without the right repair information, tools, and calibration process, there is a greater risk that safety systems may not be restored to the way Nissan designed them to perform.

Our Expert Services

Your Nissan does not need to move between facilities. From the initial damage assessment to the final quality check, every part of the repair process happens in-house at BEMAC.

Our services include:

We mix to Nissan’s factory colour codes and spray in a dedicated booth, dialling in texture and clear-coat depth alongside the base colour, so the finished panel matches the surrounding bodywork. Corrosion protection is maintained throughout, not patched over.

We handle communication with your insurance provider directly, so claims and approvals move forward without you having to manage the paperwork.

The CSN Lifetime Warranty covers repairs for as long as you own your vehicle and can be honoured at CSN locations across Canada.
